We use a face-aware index to find every image of a given person quickly — so we can answer parental requests, edit the yearbook, and remove an image on request within 30 days. Our lawful basis is consent (Art 6(1)(a) and Art 9(2)(a)) for images of children, recorded per pupil at enrolment. The privacy notice describes this in plain language and is available on the parent portal.

The club holds match and event photography of members. We use a face-aware index to honour withdrawal requests and to control where each member's photo appears. Our lawful basis is consent (Art 6(1)(a) and Art 9(2)(a)) for biometric attribution, and legitimate interests for the underlying photography of club events on club premises. Members can review and change their choices in the member portal.

As a contracted photographer, we process biometric vectors on behalf of the event organiser who booked us. The organiser is the controller for the resulting photo set. Our lawful basis for biometric attribution flows from the organiser's basis, under a data-processing agreement. Subjects who appear in photos may exercise their rights through either party.
